Sale of Abandoned Manufactured Home and Miscellaneous Personal Property

One 1968 Elcar mobile home, Home ID 165738, Serial Number 9611 has been abandoned by Jennifer McEwan, former occupant. The property is located at 95691 Saunders Creek Rd #11, Gold Beach, OR 97444.

The minimum bid is $12,702.50 and includes June space rent. Best offers will be considered if the minimum bid is not met. Sale shall be by private bidding with sealed bids. This does not include unpaid property taxes which are not included in the minimum bid and are to be paid separately by High Bidder.

Home may have toxins like asbestos, mold etc. Home is sold “as is” with no warranty or professional assessments. The addition (aka shed) must be removed within 60 days of purchase. Bidders shall do their own due diligence. Miscellaneous personal property has also been abandoned, and any remaining personal property shall be disposed of by High Bidder at High Bidder’s expense.
